We'd like to See You in our Chambers!
Graphically Deb is very excited to announce that they have joined their first local (we have future plans to expand) Chamber of Commerce. I have been blessed to have had opportunities to sit in and participate in--Chambers all across the area and actually across the US. I cherish wonderful memories of partnerships with people that come together to learn, raise the standards and best practices of their businesses while supporting the cities and towns where they do business. It is a bit amazing to be in there as a business owner with my crew.
For all of that experience- and other trade association affiliations, Elma's Chamber stands out as an A+ organization. Interactions are great, marketing/ network opportunities ample, really good leadership that is focused on the businesses and the community. If you've never considered the benefits of being a member of the local Chambers in your area --get it on your to-do list. We are looking forward to investing time and energy in our new network. Thank you Elma, for embracing Graphically Deb.
More About Chambers: The ACCE (association of chamber of commerce executives) defines COC's, "A chamber of commerce is an organization of businesses seeking to further their collective interests, while advancing their community, region, state or nation. Business owners in towns, cities and other territories voluntarily form these local societies/networks to advocate on behalf of the community at large, economic prosperity and business interests. Chambers have existed in the US for more than two centuries, with many having been established before the jurisdictions they represent. A business-led civic and economic advancement entity operating in a specific space may call itself any number of things – board of trade, business council, etc. – but for the purposes of this primer, they are all chambers of commerce.
